Uppers and Lowers.

 It's another beautiful day in paradise. There is not a cloud in the sky and the early morning chilly temperatures are on the rise. The sun is shinning bright and the skiing is wonderful. 

 Feeling the need to do some cruising this morning, I sent out to find the longest groomers on the mountain. After scanning last night's grooming report, I found myself heading over to the Sundown Express and joined the First Tracks skiers for a few High Noon to Lower High Noon runs. The snow is still holding up well, due to this past week's colder temperatures, and my newly sharpened edges, my skis tore though the corduroy like a hot knife through butter. I love a freshly tuned pair of skis and it honestly helps improve my skiing. I can turn my skis with confidence and I know they will hold an edge on hard pack.

  Continuing my quest for more groomers, I hit Upper Rainbow to Lower Rainbow. Groomed to perfection, I let my skis fly on the quiet runs and ripped a top to bottom without stopping. This turned out to be the run of the day and after a quick Four Points ride, I did it all over again!

 Rounding out my morning with a few lower mountain runs, I found beautiful conditions on Upper Valley View to Lower Valley  View. Conditions were slightly more hard pack and I found myself skiing with a little wider stance. I had a blast skiing from edge to edge, taking up the entire run that I once again had all to myself.
