If you didn't already know, the Holidays are soon to arrive!
With all the buzz, often there is a little stress. GASP!
A few pounds gained, a tree to be found and way too many tasks to do. If you're looking for a little help, I'm here to give you some insider tips.
If you've just arrived or your kids are getting a little nutty, join us Saturday for a Family-Friendly Apres Ski Event. December 17th from 3-5pm, we will be on the Mountain on the NEW Steamboat Stage in Gondola Square. Santa and his live reindeer will be there dancing to holiday music. We will be serving free hot cocoa and candy canes.
The Evening will close at 5pm with a Special Edition torchlight parade and lighting of the Mountain Village Tree.
The Umbrella Bar will be open offering Christmas Cocktails and Live Music.
FREE Parking is in the Gondola Square, Ski Time Square and Torian Plum Parking Garages!!
For those looking for some adventures, finding your own tree makes the Holidays special. In years past, we have often bought our tag at the Forest Service office and made our way into the woods looking for a perfect "Charlie Brown" tree. The fun begins once you chop it down and drag it out!
Nelson can barely hide his thrill of the chop.
After your dance with Santa and tree trimming, you are ready for a Freshies Cinnamon Roll! Yep. You deserve it.
Finally, if you're feeling a little stressed to find those last few perfect gifts, downtown has many stores ready to fill your stockings. (I could use a little treat as well!)

If I've missed anything, please don't hesitate to share your advise for a great Holiday here in Steamboat.
Wishing you all a Wonderful Holiday Season!!
