Your vacation planning community

If any of you are like me, you still have some last minute shopping to do.

I am here to help!

After years on the world cup and now hours out on the slopes, I have found what is key!

Here is an insiders tip on what is a must while out on the slopes and some great gift ideas.

1. Boot Heaters
AN ABSOLUTE MUST! I swear by mine and would encourage anyone to give them a try. Cold toes are so passe! Your ski shop will mount these delightful little heaters in your boots and your toes will never be happier!

2. Mittens

Don't laugh. Mittens are appropriate for all skiers and riders and definitely warmer. I LOVE MINE. Warm hands make life better.

3. All Moutain Skis

Yes, we all love our powder skis and they are an absolute delight on our epic Steamboat powder days. So, what about those days when we want to rip White Out or the beautiful groomers? Do you have the appropriate skis in your quiver? Don't be fooled. All skis are not created equal.

4. Down

I can never wear enough down layers. I measure how cold it is by my layers of down.  It is a perfect layer of warmth on these frigid December days. Personally, I wear my down layers under my water-proof jacket. It adds warmth with the protection.

5. After Ski Boots

Ladies, apres ski boots have jumped into the fashion ring. No longer are they ugly! Sorels have stepped into the current fashion spot-light. If you are wanting to be on the forefront of mountain chic, check out these fabulous boots.

Friends, these are my top 5 musts! Now you have no excuse for those hard to find gifts.

Wishing you all a wonderful and blessed Holiday!

-Caroline
