STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO—November 13, 2009— Friday the 13th proved lucky for Steamboat as a winter storm moved into the area last night dropping 6 inches of early season snow at Thunderhead, the resort’s mid-mountain location at 9,080 feet. Snow covered the entire town of Steamboat with lower elevations receiving 1-2 inches, turning Ski Town, U.S.A® into a Winter Wonderland.
