To all the guests who were curious about access to and from the Snowflower condos the 13th photo is a shot from the snow through One Steamboat Place to the Snowflower and then a few more steps to the Highmark at Apre ski rd.
The staff will handle things appropriately so no need to worry.
I have clarified the rules and you are right the few units that are whole ownership will be allowed to rent and Moving Mountains is the agency.
I would be surprised if more than a couple of units are made available considering what the whole units...
If you can stow your skis next to the Gondola the Highmark would be the way to go for a grand less.
The walk across the street to the ski base area is easy. Drop your skis off at the end of the day step into the Gondola Pub and Grill for apre ski ...

I am pretty sure that One Steamboat Place won't be in the rental pool I believe their rules preclude it.

Loveland Ski area opens today and A-Basin on Friday.
It is time to get up off the couch and get those ski legs working people and that means me too.
Here we go.

"Boasting its earliest opening day in 40 years, Loveland officials today announced the area will open for skiing Wednesday. Less than an hour later the folks at Arapahoe Basin congratulated their rivals on the other side of the pass and said their area would open Friday.

Sounds like it is mandatory only in the terrain park and for kids and teens but optional elsewhere and adults. I guess they plan card checks in the lift lines and on the hill? ;)

Here are some pics of The Cabin - you can check it out for yourself! I have eaten there before I am thought it was pretty good.
I've been to the Cabin once and wasn't impressed, there's better options imho.
..I'm still dithering as it's so hard to decide when we've not been to any yet but if i leave it until we do then i know everywhere will be booked, so all these comments are really useful!
