Ticket Refunds - Can we get a refund for unused tickets?

• We do not refund unused days unless someone was injured. This requires a Dr's note and the ticket may not be skied on after the injury date. There are a couple of restrictions on this - if it was purchased through a wholesaler or agent then it most likely is not refundable. If it was purchased rack rate at the ticket office then we can take care of it with proper documentation. If it was a pass product - the injury must be season ending.

Why Do Some Members Have Flags on Their Profile Pictures?

• If you see a member that has a Steamboat favicon (the Steamboat flag icon) on their profile picture it simply means that they are an employee of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation. We have a strict policy in place that states that any employee must make themselves know when posting to this online community.
