Tipping ski rental delivery people

Hello,

So excited about our trip coming up next month, can't wait to get back to Steamboat.This year for the first time we're having our ski rentals delivered to our rental condo.

I'm certain tipping is customary in this situation, but does anyone have an idea of the expectations?  Tip on delivery and fitting as well as pickup?  It's for  me and my wife, and our our multi-day package will be somewhere in the neighborhood of $300 total for the rentals - any suggested amounts for the tip(s)?
