Ski locker

There is a basket room with some lockers in the basement of the Gondola Building. If you rent skis and/or boots from one of the shops at the base like Sports Stalker, most have storage facilities.

I do not know of any place that simply rents lockers for skis etc if you have not gotten them from the store but I may be wrong. :-( There is a ski storage area near the ski school that I think you can use overnight.

There is also Basket storage at the top of the Gondola to store lunches, extra clothes, etc during the day.

There are lockers (credit card required) and a basket check just past the Kid's Vacation Center in the lower gondola building and a basket check in Steamboat Ski & Sport Gondola Square (behind the Gondola Pub and Grill). There are a few coin operated lockers between the Bear River Bar and Grill and Steamboat Ski & Sport Sheraton as well as a ski/snowboard storage facility next to Ski School in Gondola Square. The basket checks are $4 per day; the ski/snowboard check is $1 for lunch or $4 overnight. I don't know what the KVC or the Bear lockers run.

SportsStalker has big lockers (think middle and high school) available for $15 per day. Great for everything but ski boots (those need to dry out at your condo). Our shops and the Stalker have free overnight storage for skis/boards if you rented from them.
