Hi Scott,
Not sure what the measurement is, but the web team (Lev/Nic/myself) rode the gondola up to Thunderhead Lodge today for lunch and posted pics from our little excursion on the resort's Facebook page. Take a look/like if you are interested:

Checked the pics out just a little while ago. Looks great up there!! It is so strange to see all the green!! How is the flooding? Been keeping up with the Pilot online. Looked pretty bad there for a few days.

February 2012 , already starting preparing for the trip !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its been well over 100º here in Houston so it feels good to think of all the snow !

Last night after dinner Catherine & I went down to the Yampa to watch some kayakers playboating right behind the library on 13th street.
The river was clearly lower than it has been for more than three weeks. There was a little sandbar there that was exposed that I haven't been able to stand on (with dry feet :) since mid-May.
