My favorite run is Buddy's run if it isn't too icy. Otherwise I really like Sunshine Lift Line when its groomed and has a fresh 3 to 4 inchs of powder on top. I just want to hear other peoples opions. I'm interested.

In an effort to narrow my list: My favorites are any run between Eat Face and Westside that doesn't have bumps! ;-)

Oh, and Broadway is OK too.

A loop from the top of Storm Peak, (sometimes down Crow Track) the top third of Buddy's, across Calf Roper, down Cyclone and back up Bar UE.

Another loop is Top of Sunshine Peak down Quick Draw, up South Peak Lift, down a groomed Rolex and back up Sundown Express.

Other than that, any run that isn't too bumped up to save what is left of my knees.

Cheers

I know it's only a blue, but I have a soft spot for Vagabond. Something about it appeals.

Last run od the day became Sitz and See Me for all 4/5 of us.

High Noon and Tomahawk when quiet.

Oh lets be honest, any run on the mountain is good if the snow is right and there aren't too many people.

That's very true.

Tough question. On a powder day, Surprise, Whiteout, 2:30 and No Names are always good. My favorite run at the end of a good day is Right-O-Way when all I can think about is Newcastle pints at the Tugger.

On powder days I like morningside park

Oooh, this is a tough one! There are so MANY good runs and often something to suit every mood and different wetaher conditions...

First thing in the morning - freshly groomed snow and no-one around - it is very hard to beat either Hevaenly Daze or Vagabond: you can literally fly down them...

For a bit of Adrenalin, I love a groomed (or recently groomed) Rolex and Lower Valley View.

If they are all groomed, then Storm Peak North, Cyclone and Drop Out can be a nice little black run.

The O'Clocks are often over-looked, but are lovely runs...

Too many great runs really - will end up listing them ALL here! ;-)

Freshly Groomed Upper and Lower Valley View - One of my favorite spots on the mountain to just stop and look and take it all in is the top of Lower Valley View. My family, which includes Kim (Mojomom), once had a dog we named Valley just because of the Valley Views. When we came here on vacation I would always end every trip on Upper and Lower Valley View. Now that I live here, my husband and I almost always end every ski day with a beer at the Stoker and then ski down Upper and Lower Valley View to the bottom.

I also love Sunshine Lift Line.

I've nevered skied the vally views but next time I come here I'm going to because of the views. There's not a better view than looking off the mountain I think.

Morningside trees on a powder morning. Then Flintlock, then Tomahawk to any of the last 3 cut-overs to Quickdraw. Then Buddy's to Calf Roper, cut to the trees as soon as you pass under Bar-U-E, which brings you out on to Cyclone.

Absolute last: Tornado Lane.

I loved Tomahawk; I think it is just my type of run. We just returned from our first real ski trip, and wonder what the runs are like with a lot more powder. I can't help but think I would have liked some of the other runs more if there was more powder. Skiing on ice was scary for me!

Tomahawk is my brother's favorite run.

It will all depend on the weather the next few weeks. The snow fall has been on the thin side this season, but conditions are pretty good at the moment. (Weird windy weather today, which has kept the lifts from opening.) If it warms up a lot, it may…

Spring Forward! It's that time of the year- our clocks more forward, weather is unpredictable and the wind tends to move a little faster. All three happened this morning as skiers in Steamboat slept in. Not sure if it was the time change or a Bud L…
