Event Description
The Steamboat Gondola whisks you to Thunderhead, 9,100 above sea level, for an evening to cherish with special happy hour drinks, live music and a magnificent view of the sparking town lights below and a night sky illuminated by more stars than you’ve ever seen. Winter Sunset Happy Hour builds upon its popular summer tradition every Thursday evening from mid-December through March.
Sunset Happy Hour begins at 5:30 pm. Reservations are not required and the Gondola ride is free of charge. The first Sunset Happy Hour is on Thursday December 13th and will feature the musical stylings of local Steamboat band, Old Town Pickers. The next Sunset Happy Hour will be on Thursday January 3rd and will follow every Thursday after that for the remainder of the season. Drink Specials and Appetizers will be available.
